FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Do you take credit and/or debit cards?

Yes we do. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept cash. There are no transaction minimums. We DO NOT accept checks.


How much does it cost?

There is a $15 per person admission fee, then all the games are set on free play. No tokens or quarters needed!


Can I leave and come back?

Absolutely! Just hang onto your receipt so we can verify it when you return. Receipts are good for day of purchase only and are non-transferable.


I lost my receipt, can I still get back in?

We’re sorry, but we need proof of entry earlier in the day in order to allow you back into the arcade.


Do I have to pay if I’m not playing?

YES. We are an admission-based arcade and require payment for anyone entering. This means, if you want to watch, loiter, play, supervise, etc., you have to pay to come inside—NO EXCEPTIONS. Also our games are set to free play, so it’s not possible to control who is allowed to play games. The seats in front of our cocktail table games are for paying customers only. For safety and supervision purposes children 12 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult (18 or older).


What if I just want to look around at the games?

Unfortunately, we do not have enough staff to give tours. You can find a complete list of games on our GAMES page. In addition, we have Air Hockey, Air Handball, Puck Bowler and Hill Climber. We are always adding games to the floor, so check back for regular updates via Facebook.


What if I’m just picking up kids or meeting someone who is already inside?

You are welcome to stand in our waiting area by the front desk and we can page them for you. You must pay admission if you want to enter the rest of the arcade. 


Can I bring in food or drinks from outside into the arcade?

NO. We have a strict no outside food/drink policy. However, we do sell a selection of soda/water, candy and snacks at the front counter. Also, GUM, LOLLIPOPS/SUCKERS or HARD CANDY is NOT allowed. Do not place any soda, water bottles, coats or jackets on any part of the machines. You must put soda or water bottles on the floor in front of the machine you are playing.


Do you have a coat rack?

No, sorry. All our space is taken up by our arcade games! Please keep your coat on your person, or you may go back and put your coat or jacket in your car.


Is there an age restriction?

Children 12 and under MUST have a paid adult (18 or older) with them. 


My child is under 13, but I’m not going to play. Do I still have to pay?

YES, children 12 and under require adult (18 or older) supervision. Because we are admission-based and all games are set to free play, everyone must pay the cover charge. Please note: the seats in front of our cocktail table games are for paying customers only.
NO DROPOFFS! Do not drop off underage children at the arcade. A responsible adult (18 or older) is required to be in the arcade and supervise underage children AT ALL TIMES.


Do you do birthday parties?

At this time, we are only allowing rental of the arcade itself for one or two hour time intervals. For more information, fill out our contact form or email us at pixelblastarcade@gmail.com, be sure to mention "Arcade Rental" in your message/subject line. 


Can I use a 10-punch pass to pay for multiple people at my booked early-open arcade rental?

We’re sorry, but 10-punch passes are not allowed to be purchased to pay for party guests at the time of your booked party. We’re already very value-oriented in our pricing structure and need to cover staff and the expenses of being open early for your party.


Do you offer group discounts?

We try to keep the cost of our day pass low enough so group discounts are not necessary.


Do you have a lost and found?

If you lost something at the arcade, please let us know and we will do our best to help you find it.


How do I submit a high score?

Many of our games are set up for high scoring using Aurcade (for a complete list of games you can score on, visit here). If you’d like to submit a high score, please let a staff member know before you start playing the game, so we can ensure all rules for scoring are followed as you play. If you're not a member of Aurcade, a staff member can help you sign up.

Aurcade is a website we use to track high scores. Click here for a complete list of arcade games (please note: not all games listed can be scored on).


Anything else I need to know?

We have an ARCADE RULES sign hanging near the front entrance. Please make note of it during your visit to the arcade. Any other questions, feel free to ask a staff member while you are there. This is a family arcade. You are expected to act respectfully to everyone, including staff at all times. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the arcade at any time, for any reason.
